Leeds Bike Mill is a community bike recycling and training co-op, established in early 2014. We are not-for-profit and provide affordable second hand bicycles. And deliver a range of training courses in bike maintenance. We believe cycling and the ability to fix bikes are really empowering, so when possible we run projects providing free or subsidised bikes and training to people who would otherwise be unable to access them.

A Maker and Hacker Space in Leeds. Leeds Hackspace is a workshop space for people who like making things, are curious about how stuff works, or would like to learn new skills. Membership is open to all and we are a not-for-profit organisation entirely run by its community. We are entirely membership run and funded.

Over the past two years a number of people have been working on a series of books for Engineers Without Borders. These books are designed to cover the basics of the theoretical, practical and social aspects of doing engineering projects for devlopment. They are meant as a basic guide, a collection of case studies and links to further information.

This website provides a portal to radical social centres and autonomous spaces around the UK. New spaces come and go in a seemingly constant cycle of occupations and eviction. The site aims to make it easier to find out about the current spaces and what activities are taking place.
